Responsible Gaming — Craybet

Limits and tools

  • Every account on Craybet has access to a set of self-management tools in the cashier area. Deposit limits can be set per day, per week or per month, and once activated they cannot be raised for at least the length of the cooling-off period. Loss limits work the same way and are the tool most players find useful in practice. Session limits close the game window after a set number of minutes so that time does not slip past unnoticed. Reality checks pop up at intervals of the player's choosing — hourly or half-hourly — with a summary of net position for the session. Cool-off and self-exclusion buttons close the account for a fixed period, ranging from twenty-four hours to twelve months or permanent; during that period no login, deposit or promotional email is possible. If any of these tools appears to be missing from the account interface, the operator's live chat can enable it manually.

Where to get help

  • If gambling has started to feel less like entertainment and more like a problem, the most useful first step is talking to a specialist who has no financial stake in the answer. Free, confidential helplines exist in most countries where Craybet accepts players; a short list of the largest ones appears in the next section. Contact can be by phone, live chat or email, and none of the services charge for a conversation. If the situation is urgent — thoughts of self-harm, immediate financial danger — please contact the national emergency number in your country rather than waiting for a specialist gambling service to reply.

Helpline list

  • The following services are established and independent of any operator. BeGambleAware (United Kingdom) — freephone 0808 8020 133, twenty-four hours, seven days, or web chat at begambleaware.org. National Council on Problem Gambling (United States) — freephone 1-800-522-4700, twenty-four hours, seven days; text and chat also available. Gambling Therapy (international) — online chat, forums and email support in fifteen languages at gamblingtherapy.org. Gamblers Anonymous (worldwide) — meeting finder and telephone contacts at gamblersanonymous.org. If a helpline in this list is not the right one for your country, the operators of each service will normally be able to point you to a local equivalent.

Signs of problem

  • A few signs come up again and again in specialist literature and are worth paying attention to. Spending more time or money on gambling than originally planned, more often than not. Chasing losses — depositing again straight after a losing session in the hope of getting back to even. Hiding the amount spent from family, partners or friends. Borrowing money, using credit cards or dipping into money set aside for rent, bills or food to keep playing. Feeling irritable or anxious when unable to play. Losing interest in activities that were previously enjoyable. If two or three of these describe the last few months of play, it is worth speaking to one of the helplines listed above; none of them will judge and all of them are free.

Underage protection

  • No one under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction should be on this site or on Craybet. In most markets that age is 18, in some 21. Parents and guardians who share devices with under-age children can use one of the standard family-filter tools — Net Nanny, CyberSitter, or the built-in parental controls of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android — to block gambling-related domains at the network or device level. Craybet itself requires proof of age before releasing any withdrawal, and account signup is refused if the date of birth entered is below the local age threshold; but a determined minor can misrepresent age, so the network-level block is worth setting up on any shared device.
