Principles
Three principles guide every page on this site. Accuracy — a number, a term or a claim is only published if it can be verified against a primary source, and it is retracted the moment it stops being true. Independence — no commercial relationship, and no promise of a positive review, has ever changed the wording or the rating on a page. Usefulness — pages exist to help readers make a real decision; a page that does not add something a reader can act on is not worth publishing. Where these principles conflict — and they do occasionally — usefulness is decided last, accuracy first, independence in between.
Update cycle
Promotional pages — welcome bonuses, reload offers, active promo codes — are reviewed every four weeks and updated on the same schedule; the review date is shown in the footer of the page. Evergreen guides — how deposits work, what the lobby looks like, how the mobile app is installed — are reviewed at least twice a year and refreshed whenever the underlying subject changes materially. The news feed is updated when Craybet announces something worth logging: a new payment method, a new bonus structure, a major lobby change, a licence update.
Complaints about content
If any page contains an inaccuracy, a misleading claim or a piece of language that should not be there, please write to the editorial mailbox listed in the footer with the URL of the page and a short description of the problem. Complaints are read the next working day; substantive corrections are made within one working week and the change is noted in the page's revision history. If the complaint is that we have been unfair to the operator or to a competitor, the editor will review the wording personally and reply within the same window; that reply is either the correction or an explanation of why the wording will stand.
Independence from operators
The commercial relationship with Craybet is a standard affiliate contract: the operator pays a share of the net revenue generated by players we refer. That contract is arm's-length and can be ended by either side. It does not include any editorial approval, any pre-publication review, any minimum-positive-language clause, and no operator representative has ever seen a page on this site before it went live. If Craybet were to ask for wording changes as a condition of the affiliate contract, we would end the contract rather than accept the terms.
Fact checking
Facts are checked before the page is published, not after. The bonus specialist takes the number to the operator's terms page; the payments specialist verifies the method in the cashier; the game researcher confirms the provider name in a public database such as Casino Guru or SlotCatalog. When a page is refreshed, every number and every claim goes through the same process again; nothing is carried forward unverified. Screenshots of the source pages are archived so that a challenged claim can be shown as it was on the day of publication.
Corrections
When a factual correction is made after publication, a short note is added to the bottom of the page describing what was wrong and what was changed. Cosmetic edits (a typo, a tightened sentence) are not logged individually; substantive edits (a bonus number, a payment method, a licence line) always are. Every page keeps a rolling log of the last five substantive changes visible on the page itself; older revisions are kept internally so that we can show what the page said on a specific date if asked.
