Complaints — Craybet

  1. 1

    How to complain

A complaint against Craybet should be raised with Craybet first. The fastest route is the live chat inside the cashier area, where a support agent can look up the account and the transaction in question. If the live-chat answer is not satisfactory, the same complaint should be sent to the support email address listed in the operator's terms page, with as much detail as possible: date and time of the incident, transaction identifier if any, screenshots of what was displayed, and the reference number of the live-chat conversation. Written email creates a paper trail that later escalation steps will ask for.

  2. 2

    Operator complaints

If Craybet's own support has not resolved the complaint within a reasonable window — usually two weeks for anything non-trivial — the next step is to escalate to the licensing authority named at the bottom of the operator's terms page. For Curaçao licences that is the Gaming Control Board; for Malta licences it is the Malta Gaming Authority; for United Kingdom licences it is the Gambling Commission. Independent mediators such as ThePOGG, Casino Guru or eCOGRA will also accept complaints against licensed operators and often reach a resolution faster than a regulator can. In every case the complainant will need copies of the original correspondence with the operator's support team and any transaction evidence.

    What we can do

This site is a review project and has no operational relationship with Craybet's support, compliance or payments teams. We cannot open an account, we cannot re-open a closed account, we cannot see or move money in a player wallet, we cannot cancel or accelerate a withdrawal, and we cannot waive a bonus term. What we can do is read a first-hand report of a bad experience, cross-check it against other reports and against our own testing, and if a pattern emerges — repeated withdrawal delays, repeated retroactive bonus cancellations, repeated KYC problems — reflect that pattern in the review. If the pattern is severe enough, we can and do withdraw the operator's link from the site entirely. Send reports to the editorial mailbox with the operator's own case number attached, so that we can distinguish a complaint that has actually been raised with Craybet from one that has only been raised with us.
