Response time

The editorial mailbox is monitored on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 UTC. A first reply usually goes out within one working day; complex questions that require checking with the operator, verifying a screenshot, or coordinating with a specialist on another topic may take two to three working days. Emails sent late on Friday or over the weekend are read on the next Monday morning; there is no in-hours coverage on Saturdays or Sundays. If more than five working days have passed and you have not heard back, please resend the message — occasionally a legitimate email lands in the spam folder or gets caught by an aggressive attachment filter, and we would rather see the same note twice than miss it once. During public holidays in the United Kingdom, where the editor is based, the mailbox is checked less often and the reply window is stretched by a day or two. In all other windows we aim to acknowledge every message within one working day even if the substantive answer takes longer to research.

How to reach us

The primary channel is email. General editorial questions, factual corrections, broken-link reports and content suggestions go to the editor's mailbox listed in the footer of every page. Please send plain-text messages where possible and include the exact URL of the page you are writing about, along with a screenshot or a short paragraph describing the issue if it is visual or ambiguous. Attachments are welcome up to a total of ten megabytes per message; anything larger should be sent as a link to a shared file. We do not run a live chat, a phone line or a support ticket system: this is a review site, not a customer-service desk, and the small team here would rather spend time on the pages than on inbound queues. For anything that concerns your Craybet account itself — deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, KYC — contact the operator directly through the support channels listed on their site; only the operator can act on those requests. Social-media messages are not monitored for editorial work; use email so the message is routed to the right person and archived properly.

Topics we answer

We are happy to reply on the following topics. Factual corrections to any page: wrong bonus figure, outdated wagering requirement, dead payment method, expired promo code, misidentified game provider, an author byline that needs updating, a link that no longer resolves. Content suggestions: a bonus type we have not covered, a payment method that deserves its own page, a market or region we should add to the analysis, a comparison that would be useful to run, a piece of context that would help newer readers. Editorial questions: how we chose our rating, why a particular pro or con appears on the review, when a page was last updated and what changed, what our stance is on a specific bonus term, how we approach disputed claims. Media and business inquiries: interview requests, guest content proposals, corrections requested by legal representatives, questions about republishing our text with attribution. Anything that requires access to your player account — password resets, KYC document uploads, deposit failures, disputed withdrawals, self-exclusion requests — is outside what we can help with, and any message on those topics will be politely redirected to the operator with a short note explaining why.

What we cannot help with

We cannot open, close, verify, freeze or reinstate a Craybet account. We cannot process a deposit or a withdrawal, cancel a pending payout, waive a wagering requirement or extend the expiry date of a bonus. We cannot see the balance, transaction history or bet log of any player account, and we cannot request that information from the operator on a player's behalf. We cannot represent players in a dispute against Craybet or negotiate outcomes with the operator's compliance team. We cannot provide legal advice about gambling regulation in a specific country, financial advice about bankroll management, or medical advice about problem gambling; on the last topic we can only point readers to specialist helplines. All of those actions are handled by Craybet's own support and, in the case of formal complaints, by the licensing authority listed at the bottom of the operator's terms page. If your issue is one of these, please use the operator's live chat first, then escalate to the licensing authority or an independent mediator such as Casino Guru or eCOGRA if the first response is unsatisfactory.

Business inquiries

For affiliate partnership questions, sponsored placement offers (we do not accept them, but the polite reply goes to the same address), guest content pitches, licensing of screenshots or copy, image rights questions, and any legal correspondence — please write to the address in the footer with 'business' in the subject line so that the message is routed to the editor rather than the general content queue. We will read every message and reply within the standard editorial window, but we do not accept sponsored links, paid reviews, guest posts placed in return for compensation, or exchanges of positive coverage for any kind of consideration. Any offer along those lines will be declined the first time and filtered on repeat attempts. Genuine business proposals — a new affiliate contract on better terms, a licensing agreement for translated versions of our content, a proposal to run an interview with an operator executive — are always welcome, and the editor will engage with them personally.
